I read the post "Ex-Denver resident accused in scams" by the Denver post. Anthony L. Ciocchetti from Wyoming was accused of scamming numerious banks out of hundreds and thousands of dollars. He did this by useing false IRS tax returns to get loans for himself. He borrowd nearly $700,000 illeagle and in other peoples names. He also attempted to scam over 3 millian dollars from the west bank in Denver for a false "Corey Channing Trust."
Ciocchetti was also accused of bounceing checks costing some of the banks almost $200,000.

Ciocchetti surrenderd and pled not guilty on any of the charges.
